Thursday 4th June
- 12:00 to 17:00: Arrive at Swindon Campanile for Registration and Welcome.
- 17:00 to 19:00: Rest and Recuperation + Travel to Home Hosts
- 19:00 till late: Garden party to meet fellow tabler 25's from around the world.
Friday 5th June
- 11:00: Depart Swindon for trip Avebury (World Heritage Site).
- 11:30: Arrive Avebury and have guided tour from the local Druid.
- 13:00: Lunch at traditional English pub.
- 15:00 to 16:30: Tour of local area
-16:30: Return to hotel/home hosts to freshen up before the nights festivities begin.
-19:30 till late: Traditional barn dance and Hog roast with banner exchange.
Saturday 6th June
- 10:30: Depart for Steam museum
- 11:00 to 13:15: Tour of Steam musuem (open ticket)
- 13:30 to 14:30: Lunch at Steam
- 14:30 to 16:30: free time to explore and shop at the Outlet Village. Whiskey tasting for others....
-15:00 to 16:00: Chairmans meeting at the Steam museum.
- 17:00 to 19:00: Free time at hotel/home hosts to freshen up for Gala night.
- 19:00 - Depart for Gala night at Wragbarn.
-19:30 till late: Gala night banquet and entertainment.
Sunday 7th June
-10:00 onwards: Farewell breakfast for all Tablers and partners at the Campanile
